Circa. 1921-
There are two quotes which reveal that the pamphlet is dated 1921. One states 5 years until the bridge is done which was finished in 1926. Another states that lots which were sold in 1919 that were sold in 1921 brought a profit.
What further narrows it to 1921 is that the many "Barlow Built Bungalows" were built in 1922 and 1923.
There are some newspaper ads which call Maple Heights "Beautiful Maple Heights" and probably even fewer say other tracts as "Beautiful Orchard Heights" and "Beautiful Maple Terrace," both ads I have are from 1913.

It is building lots for sale.
The unsold lots were afterward developed by C. Fred Vogdes as Poplar Grove. The subdivision is near the Maple Shade water tower on Rt. 73. The land was previously owned by Charles C. Haines.
Someone was selling these postcard size prints on Ebay. I purchased the Lenola photo.
It was originally "Maple Shade School No. 2" of Chester Township, which included Moorestown.
In April 1901, when the trolley went down "Main Street," the older children no longer attended class at the Little Red Schoolhouse but went to school in Moorestown.
In 1909, the Little Red Schoolhouse was replaced by a school on North Poplar Ave. as the new "Maple Shade School No. 1." The Little Red Schoolhouse, originally named the Chesterford School, got that name sometime after the Township Act of 1894.
As Maple Shade's population grew, two more grade schools were built. The High School aged children went to Moorestown High and then to Merchantville until our High School was built in 1972.
T. Chalkley Matlack took the photos and did the captions and artwork. He states "that in 1897..." which does not mean the photos were taken in 1897 but sometime then or a little before. We know some of early Maple Shade history due to Chalkley Matlack's writings and photos. Maple Shade was first the hamlet of Stiles Corners then Stiles Station.
