This is from a 3- 4 foot long photo of the Maple Shade School (Ralph J. Steinhauer) with all the students in front of it that is from 1922. The windows and door segment to the left is my copy/ pasting of a ripped out segment. So the left window to the doorway is not actual but is easier on the eye then a ripped out segment.

Here are the dates of our town's schools-
1811    Little Red School House built (used until 1909)
1909    Poplar Avenue School #1 built (was the E.B. Haig School)
1920    Chestnut Avenue School #2 built (Ralph J. Steinhauer School)
1927    Mill Road School #3 built (Maude Wilkins School)
1959 ?    North Forklanding School #4 built (Howard Yocum School)
1972    Maple Shade High School built
